Well eczema and candida outbreaks are caused by a weakened immune system, so you have to ask what have you been doing that might be weakening your immune system. Bad diet, not enough sleep, over-exercising, alcohol, drugs, partying too much, can all take it's toll.

I also think excess protein causes a lot of skin rashes like what I had.

Changing your diet like I recommend for about two weeks will be a fast way to tell how much of your problems are being caused by excess protein & fat, particularly animal protein.

If that doesn't seem to help, then I would think it's more of your immune system.
