Ditch all those protein & weight gainer shakes too. Not only do I think you've been getting too much protein, but the protein usually in those shakes are crap quality protein, like whey, and high-casein protein has been shown to greatly cause cancer in a rat study:

Best just to temporarily cut out all animal protein and brotein shakes and see how much that resolves your problems. Just try it for about two weeks.

Carbo-load for those two weeks while keeping your fat-intake low.
