Hi,

You should listen to your own doctor within - but if it was me - I would do the following......

Colon Cleanse at least 10 days first.
Humaworm or Unyworm for 30 days next.
About 2 weeks into the Huma/Unyworm I would do another 10 days of colon cleanse.

A week after the end of the Huma/Unyworm I would do a liver flush. I would not do Epsom Salt on day two. I would use plain water enemas to clean out things on day two.

I would not do CE's during the Huma/Unyworm 30 days. I would sweat, skin brush, rebound, drinks tons of water (pure water) at least RO or distilled and take superfood - try to be raw vegan the whole time if you can do it.
