Well, I did eat a lot of meat, but it wasn't always necessarily red meat. Around the same time the SB started developing I used to to take protein shakes several times a week. Before/after workouts. I even switched to a weight gainer for awhile and got up to 178lbs. Now I'm currently 164 without taking anything. And yes I suspected candida because they were fungal rashes: ringworm, jock itch, eczema, male yeast infection.
