check that your almond milk contains only almond, no sugar.
Also cod liver oil is good, but you need more vitamin A, 5,000 iu for every 10 kilos body weight, up to a max of 35.000 iu per day for 90 days. Get a liver check and drink no alcohol. I agree that you have poly systemic candidiasis. I would hope you could get Nystatin for 28 days at 2,000,000 units a day, Sugar free. I appreciate it is hard to get US docs to Rx Nystatin, but it low, low in side effects compared to vitamin A, so please try when you ask for the liver test.
