Thank you flashkaz! try 15 min of mid day sun this spring and summer, limited Carlson Cod Liver Oil in the winter and Bio-D-Mulsion Forte from Biotics Research Corporation for supplements. And be sure and get the right form of B12. My metabolic typist wants me on Methyl forms of folic acid 5-methylfolate and Methylcobalamin for B12 because I may have a Methylation issues.
I eat mostly plant based Paleo now.
