Have you tried corrective exercises? Plantar fasciitis occurs because your plantar fascia has been weakened. Using foot exercises, rest, and a great diet can not only improve your pain, but help ensure it does not come back. This is why many plantar fasciitis suffers go to a Occupational Therapist.
