If you can't get hydrogen peroxide, maybe you can get the next best thing:
sodium percarbonate
Sodium Percarbonate is extremely effective the 1st time it is used.

Septic Seep is for breaking the hardpan, and peroxide or percarbonate is for breaking up the biomat.Two completely different subjects.
