They dont limit the advice at all, the books Ive said to read outline everything you need to do. They are all money makes tho at the end of the day, but sometimes you do need to pay for the help of someone with more knowledge. I suggest a consult with one of the specialists if you feel you cannot go it alone...and there is no question of quitting the gym and drinking, these are the first to go, there will be a lot more that has to go further down the line as well, its all part of the journey back.
