If you feel like you are quitting life, then you arent there yet. You have to let go, but I understand, this process can take years and with a lot of heart ache with it, you have my empathy.

Imagine it this way, tomorrow, think about waiting up with NOTHING to do. Nowhere to go, no one to talk to, there is nothing that needs you right now, the world need not to exist but for your own moment. Only then, when you feel that, are you beginning the journey back.
