There is no real medical treatment unfortunately apart from poisons, other than CBT and neurolinguistic programming, but you'll have to convince them that your mad to get that. So effetively your health insurance is worth nothing when dealing with AF, welcome to the club!

The best way, if you are prepared to go down this route, is to claim depression, anxiety, insomnia and put forth the case for a breakdown, then you will get GP help. They will give you SSRI's etc but you can choose to take them or not, they dont need to know that you are or arent, then you can get some therapy and time off work.
