Another thing that makes me think I dont process (my liver??) well the Bs is that both times on.the B Complex I did get Acne or hives. In the neck. In an area I never get acne. Only when I eat something that doesnt agree with me such as gluten.

Another sign, apart from.headaches, temple pressure and stool color that somethings is wrong with me and Bs. At least the plain form of them
