I think if you feel strongly about it, I say go ahead and try it. I know here in the great curezone Water Fast forum, some of us good people tend to swing far to the purist side.
As far as it does not feed your blood with enough Sugar to let you off the ketone bodies in the blood, I think you will be OK.
Sometime those little intuition things, which our instinct feed our mind, if we can channel them wisely, are the ones who work like a charm.
