the low vs high thing is something which worries me - I don't even know which I end I am.

I have trouble winding down, am constantly wired but tired. Im always hyped and obessesed by things and thought this meant i had high cortisol? My doubts today are around the fact i've had sleep trouble for years BUT i can still go to the gym etc.

I have tried to live a monk life in certain aspects, but when it makes no difference i try and live life, im 25. I work as project manager. I can't go on the sick for X months. My frustration is furthered by the fact people don't understand.

does anybody know of anybody UK based, in the north west of england that I could contact?
