I'll be honest I'm still confused. I've read pages and pages but they don't seem to tell me if I should stop eating porridge, limit wheat or stop protein powder. How much of what vits and minerals I take or even if i have high or low cortisol.

My first step is finding a specialist, but this is easier said than done..
