No, the nystatin didn't seem to harm me. Nystatin is fungistatic which means it didn't kill it off, it just put it in stasis and kept it from growing more out of control. What put a huge load on my liver was use of coconut oil, sf722, oil of oregano etc. I would kill it off in massive amounts without enough probiotics to balance it out, then feed the yeast with food mistakes in a vicious cycle that led to toxins being released into my system over and over again. I was and still am extremely toxic and trying to find some way to cleanse (especially my liver).
