What is your view on unpasteurized Kefir? I was drinking pasteurized Kefir because I read it has way more probiotics than a probiotics pill. Then, I found out it is the UNPASTEURIZED Kefir that has more probiotics, not the pasteurized Kefir sold at regular grocery stores. I was going to try the UNPASTEURIZED Kefir, but layperson said it would make me sick with diarrhea (from animal bacteria that is not killed). Then again, helpful digestion enzymes are destroyed in pasteurization.
