It took multiple flushes for me, but I saw improvement in my P during each flush cycle. Yes, it would be slightly worse during and immediately after each flush, but in the second week after each flush, my skin would be better than it was before the previous flush. For me about six flushes were enough to eradicate it, by my Psoriasis was relatively mild, elbows, one knee, one ankle and some on my butt. So I used the Clarke recommended two week flush cycle.
