I know medication would work but I honestly believe I'd get addicted to the pills they give out. I don't wanna die like that

I'm not really 1 to talk about my feelings so I wouldn't do therapy (mom also suggested this last year but I said no).
I did it for a short time as a kid and hated it.

I think I'll just have to keep forcing myself to do things that trigger FBO until I get over it
