It's so great to hear more hone remedies! Nobody around here seema to have heard of the bartholin gland cyst so it's kind of embarassing. what I've just been doing is sitting in an epsom salt sitz bath or a regular bath and then squatting after, the pressure seems to help it release. I'm definitely not one for taking antibiotics or getting it drained! I've had 4 in the last year. I've found that I can twll what makes it swell or get infected so prevention by keeping the area super clean all the time and a nurse even told me to take a hair dryer and dry up all the moisture down there qhich seems to keep it down too! :)
