I ended up getting mine from Ebay (have them label as water purifier, no instructions).

Temporarily, I guess you can try oil pulling with coconut oil before the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement arrives? I think there might be better alternative than Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for her condition.
