I understand the salt protocol.

I was wondering if you can eat more than a 1/2 tsp a day or drink more than 1/2 tsp a day?

Can a person take as much salt as they want? Or is it not a good idea.

I also do the potassium chloride. I still need to work on getting this dose up higher than a gram or a gram and a half.
