iodine is a vasodilator so i would think that yes it would help your circulation.


Vitamin E may help as well.. Keeps the blood nice and slick... try acgraceco.com for their unique E.. other brands are garbage.. they also sell it at the vitamin shoppe.. but ive never seen it at any other health food store
