Really good advice undercovah. I've used some of the things you speak of as well. The more you;re in it the better the anxiety gets. It takes time but you'll get there.

Some people need medication others don't but just doing it is the only way. You'll see you get no reactions and you'll start to feel more comfortable and will want to do more. Take it one step at a time. Slowly moving up to bigger things.
