Yeah, I slept pretty well last night with Iodine taken 4 hours before bed...I read somewhere that Brownstein said not to worry about the Vitamin C interfering with lidquid iodine. Good to know about the short half life. I'm still looking for some typical dosage scheme where people spread both the liquid Iodine and the Vitamin C out
