I'm not a guy. I'm a female in menopause. I thought my issues were all female hormonal. But know now it's also my adrenals, thyroid and environmental toxins. Some in which coffee played a part and bad well water for years, along with everything else our body's are bombarded with daily. I am doing and taking several things for all of these but wanting to add the iodine. Not sure if liquid or pills would be the way to go. Also if I should go for the 5%-10% solution.
