I've taken it for a short period (30 days) in hopes of alleviating some mental fog, but no luck. I didn't personally notice any benefit from pqq, but I don't suffer from fatigue either (at least not anymore). Sorry I don't have better info., but wanted you to be aware that it might be helpful for mitochondria as I had looked into this before.
