Tell you what.   Let's forget about the adrenal glands for a minute.  Let's just talk about the General Adaptation Syndrome.

It shows that exposure to chronic stress eventually leads to what is called Stage 3 - Exhaustion.

This is what Selyes proved over and over.  Chronic Stress leads to progression through GAS, ending in exhuastion

It was proved by years of experiments.  

Chronic Stress == >Eventual Exhaustion

Can you accept this?  i.e. do you agree with this information that is still in medical text books?
