Hi guys, I am looking into oil pulling for the first time after reading up on some of it's benefits. I had a nasty flu for about a month and finally shook most of it but not completely. I still have a bit of mucus buildup in the back of my throat/nostrils and my voice I can tell has this harshness to it I never had before. I am rather healthy exercise and try to eat right but I just can't fully get rid of this thing even after a round of Antibiotics . Do you guys think oil pulling could help me? Which type should I get?

I am looking at a few on amazon that I believe would work Banyan Sesame oil organic, Flora Sunflower oil certified organic, and Nutiva Coconut oil so which should I start with that would be most effective immediately?
