I'd have to look more into what all can cause a heart attack. The heart might not be the best analogy to the adrenals because problems with the aortas of the heart and low electrolytes can cause heart attacks, but I don't think that's the actual heart muscles fault.

I'm thinking some drugs like steroids can cause damage to the actual heart muscle, but I don't think any recreational drugs or PEDS can physically damage the adrenal glands.
