The first I noticed when I first took nascent Iodine was a feeling in my brain.. like a bunch of gunk was being cleaned out... I felt alert, and heightened senses. Now this may not be anything scientific but if I had to bet money, I would be comfortable betting that Iodine would help any sort of alzheimers, senility, dementia, etc.
