Why are you afraid to see a psychiatrist? If you have anxiety they can give you medicine that will help you. They are very compassionate and understanding. I have bad anxiety and the medicine is the only thing that will help me.

It's fine to do other things like change your diet to get better but if the root cause is anxiety then you need to get help for it for it to go away.
