Hi there

thanks for the information on adrenals. I wanted to ask if you know how do we know f our Adrenals are bad? Is there testing or if you suffer from stress they are low?
I have got a list of issues, Gluten/wheat allergy, sensitized skin, red soles feet and palms. I am trying the GAPS diet protocol and thought if I fixed the adrenals the erythromelalgia symptoms would disappear also. Healing the gut is my main priority. Hormonal imbalance could be the main cause of these issues i have.
