Maybe a bit late to for me to reply on this topic.

What water are you using? It should be distilled water and not tap water.

You must make sure that your stomach is empty as well. I suspect that 3 times a day will mean that your stomach might not be empty and the H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) could be reacting to something in your stomach. It can have a very bad reaction to some things like fats among other things.

I only take it first thing in the morning to make sure that my stomach is empty.
