Hve you tried Trappers SSKI 2%? And are you still doing 5omg of Lugols and 1 gram SSKI ? Do you dilute your Lugols to get SSKI or do you buy the sski? I too am hypo-T and have fbd. The fbd stays away with iodine! Im at 250-300mgs of Lugols 5% . If I take less than 200mg Im tired and cant think. Less tired at 250mg but slight depression. 300 I feel anxious and irritable. I wonder if its too much Iodine and I need more iodide?
