I'd be concerned about taking advice from some who isnt sure whether he has Adrenal Fatigue or not...best to listen to those that have, and those that have gotten better...ALL of which used a low carb diet for the first 60% or so of there healing...

Also look up the banned user Natway, the similarities between him and the above user are uncanny, they really are. Natways favourite trick was as soon as a new poster posts, he would get the first post in about carbs! Seems like its happening all over again.

As stated, hypothyroidism comes hand in hand with AF, but the adrenals have to treated first.
