Morgellons is a bacterial infection and it gets in places like your spine, inside tumor tissue. Nothing you put on your skin will work and what you treat with has to have some very powerful action against Bartonella. Use you search engine and put in "bartonella" and "synergy". When i cured my morgellons tons of black specks came out of me and also globs of tumor tissue full of fibers. You'l find a lot of this in the bathtub.
