Thanks! I know for sure I have candida, but with my issues keeping on weight, I need to at least eat legumes to get some carbs... I'm blasting myself with probiotics and saurkraut and am cleaning my colon, so hopefully this will help me defeat THAT beast.

I wish I could taper off all these damned drugs, but whenever I make an alteration, things go south... quickly..

ALSO, I notice when having gut pain and feel off, tired, etc... If I take an antifungal I feel better almost right away... so I really don't. GSE? I know for sure Coconut Oil isn't killing any yeast... I haven't seen any in weeks and weeks.
