I have the exact same problem, but all of my bloating is in my upper stomach. Mine is caused by gas. I can hear it rumbling arond all day long. It doesn't matter what I eat, I react to everything. I've done the candida diet iff and on for years - longest stretch was a year and it didn't make one shred of difference. I have had stomach issues off and on for years but never bloating like this. I look and feel like I am 9 months pregnant all day. The pressure is horrible! My ND is going to test me for SIBO, parasites (have had a past positive saliva test for Roundworm and our dog have Giardia when we got her a year and a half ago), H. Pylori, and an overall G.I. Panel to see if they can figure out what in the hell is going on. The only other route I have not had tested, but am doing so this month is my teeth. I am going to have a jaw cavitation scan and exam to see if that could be the root of all of my health issues. You ought to look into it....jaw cavitations.
