Define "normal ranges"? Docs often sayTSH levels of 4.5 are normal but .45 TSH is considered normal as well. If you're still feeling fatigued I would consider switching docs. Endocrinologists will usually try to get you closer to .45tsh if you can find the right one. Synthesis is TERRIBLE for Hashimotos. They should put you on Levothyroxine if they are not willing to up your dosage on Armour. Good luck!
