How do I cure a degenerative disc problem

If you tend to be older, it is usually caused by depletion of hyaluronic acid in synovial fluid within spine. Not all HA is effective. Take the Biocell form (HA + collagen) at 200mg per day. You can take more and all at once. It is important to take this on empty stomach. Most people can feel it working within a week. It takes 6 weeks to heel a herniated disc.

Your spine is like a tire. Loss of HA+collagen will cause tire to deflate. If you try to ride on a flat tire, you know what happens.

If you are younger, the chances are that it is not a HA but depletion problem but just needs some type of pack to help it heal quicker. i forget what they use. I'd still try the HA + collagen. I have cured many peoples disc problems.
