Hi

I have been suffering for last six month with prostate inflammation followed by a excercise, six month before i had same issue but lighter but cured, but this time it is more severe with prostatitis symptoms, I am confused with Adrenal fatigue and prostatitis,

I am helpless as iam living in place where no medical specilities and good doctor,

I have 2 hour sleep after a meal with less carbohydrate if i take more carbo then i can sleep for 4 to 5 hours, because of Insulin resistance / hypoglycemia so not able to recover by naturally.

I need some help, what test should i do , what medication should i prepfer, which doctor gives some solution
