Danny,
Please read the article "Papers that have changed the practice of occupational medicine" (do a search on the web because my post won't go through with the web link) The article is in Occ (upational) Med; Vol 52 No. 1 pp. 56-63, 2002: **Printed in Great Britain***
D. J Hendrick; Department of Respiratory Medicine, Royal Victoria Infirmary.. UK
Flindt MLH: "Pulmonary disease due to inhalation of derivatives of Bacillus subtilis containing proteolytic enzyme" (1969)
Pepys J. Longbottom JL, Hargreave FE, Faux J. : "Allergic reactions of the lungs to enzymes of Bacillus subtilis" (1969)
From what I understand, the article concerning the dangers of B subtilis & "Papers that have changed the practice of occupational medicine" are also found at the Mayo Clinic medical libraries, unless they have been pulled. I do know there were there in 2003.
There is also an EPA "Bacillus subtilis Final Risk Assessment" (1997) (again, do a web search for the above title because this post won't go through with it)
**This assessment only SLIGHTLY 'touches' on what is found in "Papers that have changed the practice of occupational medicine"
