Ozone is a strong oxidant so I am not sure how that would help a co2 problem, though oxygen might. I am not well versed on this type of toxicity problem but antioxidants can do wonders particularly vitamin C - I like pharmaceutical grade stuff from Nature Biotics with bioflavanoids. Vitamin E is a powerhouse in terms of lipidperoxidation as are a number of spices, off the top of my head I am thinking of rosemary, turmeric and OPC's from pine bark and grape seed. Lecithin contains high amounts of phospholipids which help rebuild cell membranes along with other essential fatty acids. It is the cell membrane that becomes damaged from oxidative stress.

As mentioned previously, ozone is a strong oxidant and can work wonders if kept at optimal levels, putting too much ozone will damage the body. The body must release catalase, glutathione and SOD to control the strong oxidation from ozone. I really like the enteric coated SOD products for antioxidants as well. But I think Vit C is the hands down best.
