T2 is one high tech dude. plus, he has a lot of experience.

my take on it is that if you are going to supplement, supplement the metabolized form of selenomethionine.

but if you have cancer, T2 may just have the answer. it IS elemental that they give horses and such to prevent growths. the problem is you have to pay closer attention to it. a vet in florida made a gross mistake and killed a bunch of polo ponies with ten times the selenate or its equivalent.

i get NOW brand selenomethionine and it works and its cheap.
