Oh, I forgot to mention that when I had blood work done I was slightly anemic. I was consuming an ample amount of iron rich foods and should not have had a deficiency. I attribute this to leaky gut/poor digestion, which I believe stems from weak adrenals after many years of stress, alcoholism, IBS, Antibiotic use, stimulant abuse and poor diet. Your initial post stated you had depleted adrenals. What have you done to correct them? How do you know they are recovered?
