How many times do you wake up? I wake up from 2 to 6 times per night. Had a sleep study done yesterday night and woke up 3 times, but that was because I only slept around 3 hours :/

Thyroid and adrenals are to blame according to my research, however adrenal supplements never have helped with my sleep. I have noticed that spending a day in the beach having fun (rare day of joy) really made the sleep that night better.
