I would do my best to find out which type of infection do you have. And dont jump to the conclusion after the first test only. It took me several tests to find out wrong bacteria and protozoa.

Second i would test with the food i eat to see what food cause the most problem. Example Chia seeds have great benefits but not for one who has SIBO or protozoa or even candida due to its mucilagenous properties. Test more and see.

Third i would test with enzymes to see whats lacking. Bloating could be also sign of not enough enzymes. Especially pancreatic

Oh i forgot...try to identify where is locate your problem is not clear - stomach small bowel ...all of them?

When you have some clear info about what bugs do you have if any its easier to target treatment. Cannot treat HPilory the same as worms
