Yesterday evening I brushed my teeth because my daughter said that my breath is unbearable.
This morning on 132th hour I had a shower, brushed my teeth again and shaved my beard and other spots.

I'm also going to water wash my nostrils cause lots of nasal secrets are going out as a saliva. My intention is to help them go out easily.

I think that it is more important to feel comfortable than keeping absolute DF session.
