The problem with your case is that it could be anything from minor allergic reaction, parasites, water regulation issues, gut inflammation/leaky gut or even a mix of issues. Reg high fat diet it's a no. Actually many fats have anti-inflammatory properties. Only some tend to be pro-inflammatory but from what I see in your post you don't use them (PM me if you are not sure which fats to take). You def on the right diet here. Also since you don't overstimulate insulin and leptin response with a high fat diet it = less inflammation plus ketones themselves tend to be anti-inflammatory. Reg advice I'm not sure what to address here.
